Donna has extensive experience in all aspects of REOs including but not limited to; CFK, BPOs, Valuations, winterizations, LBP, repair quotes, property maintenance, monthly accounting, weekly inspections & negotiation of contracts.  Everything that is associated with REOs including pre-foreclosures and loss mitigation.  

Donna believes that a good relationship is achieved by establishing trust and mutual respect among all participants.  Her approach is honest and straightforward.
